Emit or Truth

CSCM uses biblical therapy as the chosen modality. We work with the client to examine unfulfilled needs beginning with body and mind, moving them to examine their inner being on a soulful level. CSCM works from the client’s perspective to explore what it means to live a manageable life grounded in the Word of Yahuah.

Truth in Hebrew is called Emit.

Equipping

We are dedicated to equipping you with the necessary tools for spiritual self-exploration through introspection, delving into the soul in harmony with biblical principles. The soul encompasses various elements such as reasoning, communication, emotions, memory, and social interaction, all pertaining to Yahuah/God.

Discovering

Combining both cognitive and behavioral approaches, CBT focuses on how thoughts and behaviors dictate a person’s emotions, feelings, and behavior in a given situation. At the soul level, this means how we behave and respond to any given situation such as lust, anger, grief, or hurt through being cognizant of our goal for spiritual transformation. Meaning, that at any given moment we learn how to respond in either a biblical or non-biblical manner. (Ephesians 4:14-32.)

Reflection

Reflecting on our responses to various situations in life, including our emotions and opportunities for growth, is crucial. As individuals with spiritual beliefs, it is important to ensure that our reactions are in line with our values. One passage to keep in mind is Philippians 4:6-7-TLB, which encourages us to pray to God and express gratitude for His answers. By doing so, we can experience a sense of peace that goes beyond human understanding and trust in Christ/Yahusha the Messiah.

Your Thoughts

According to the Bible, the aim is to shift from a self-centered viewpoint to a biblical perspective. This approach helps individuals to avoid destructive thoughts such as inadequacy, despair, low self-esteem, and barriers to progress.

What Matters

Sometimes, we experience life events that are out of our control, such as the loss of a loved one or a job. However, how we choose to respond to these events can have a significant impact on our spiritual journey. By following the guidance of the Ruach haQodesh and understanding biblical principles, we can make wise decisions that provide a solid foundation for our spiritual growth.

Digging Deeper

Our approach is thorough and involves investigating the root cause of any issues. We ask important questions like "Why can't I?" or "Why do I?" to delve deeper and understand our clients' emotions. We don't just treat the surface-level symptoms of depression and anxiety; we help our clients comprehend what triggered those emotions in the first place. This may involve examining feelings of disappointment, anger, guilt, shame, or job-related stress. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we assist our clients in identifying and addressing the underlying issues. In a spiritual context, we explore what the Bible teaches about Yahuah's love, as stated in Psalm 9:9-10. Yahuah is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble. By seeking Yahuah, those who know His name can find comfort and trust in His unwavering support.

Moving Forward

Looking ahead, CSCM sees this as the start of an empowering journey toward a fresh start in Yahusha. This perspective shift allows the client to view themselves as a renewed creation in Yahshua. As a result, their challenges and circumstances become less significant as they embrace a world filled with Yah's love. As mentioned in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore, if any man is in Yahusha, he is a new creature: old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."

Our Ultimate Goal

Our approaches are fully aligned with the teachings of the Word of Yahuah and our sole purpose is to empower our clients to achieve their maximum potential as they move forward with their desired goals.
